There are 9 available weeks. Our first week (Pre week) of camp is June 9-14, 2025. Because some schools may not be done and we typically do not swim off campus that week and our groupings are slightly different. Groupings by grade begins on week 2.

Please note that on Week 4 we will close Friday, July 4 in observance of the holiday.

We have a 2-week minimum requirement because camp is about building community. We expect these to be consecutive weeks so that your child has the best opportunity for adjustment and for friendships to be made. The majority of our families spend 4 or more weeks with us. Camp is about community and community is built on relationships formed.

Partial weeks: We encourage parents to send their children for the full week. Because camp is about making friendship and connections, we only offer partial week options for Little Buds campers (ages 2-5). We find ages 6 & up not only enjoy the consistency of camp, but attending full weeks helps to establish deeper connections with peers and staff while also enjoying the full schedule of all camp activities.

Sibling discounts: All discounts are applied internally by our Account Services Manager- Linda Schloo. In order to receive a sibling discount you must register for at least 5 weeks of camp with both children doing five full day programs. The discount is applied to the second and subsequent children of the same family. Have 3 children? Contact Linda Schloo for 3rd child discount (Accounts@CampConcepts.org). No disounts are applied after May 1st.

Lunch is included with all camps.

Deposit: Our system will require a minimum 10% deposit to secure your registration for your child’s place at camp. The first $100 PER CAMPER plus the registration fee and online registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. There are no exceptions to this policy unless camp were ordered to be closed. If the non-refundable threshold ($100 per camper) has not been met with initial deposit, any balance will be charged to the credit card on file to satisfy the non-refundable fees.

Tuition Balance & Balance Payment Plan We want to be supportive of those families who may need a little more time to pay their camp tuition balance or who want to spread payments out over several months. If there is a reason that you need a little more time to pay your balance, simply contact us so we can work out payment arrangements with you. Registration
For your convenience, registration is done online through our secure website. Select the REGISTER ONLINE NOW button which will take you through the simple process. Your newly established online camp account allows you to access your account, make payments and manage your child’s online health/medical information. If you have registered for a Camp Concepts program before, you may click here to access your account.
Payment
Deposit and tuition balance may be paid by credit card or Echeck. After initial deposit and registration, additional payments may be made directly using your online camp account, or by sending personal check payable to Camp Concepts, Business office: 275 N. Main St. Telford, PA. 18969. Please do send any mail to 752 Big Oak Rd. address.

CONSIDER A MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: Monthly payment plans can be set up so payments are automatically and securely made using a valid credit card on file. Many families begin paying on their tuition as early as January. We can arrange a free and flexible payment schedule to meet your needs.

A.M. or P.M. Extended Service for Big Oak Day Campers
As a convenience to those who need to drop off or pick up outside of our normal operating times (9:00-3:30 p.m.), we have extended care service available to add to your account.

A.M. Extended care will begin at 7:00 a.m. $75 per week

P.M. Extended care will be available until 5:30 p.m. $75 per week-Speak to Linda Schloo regarding Extended care discount when registering for 5 or more weeks of this service.

Please note: PM Extended care ends PROMPTLY at 5:30 p.m. A $25 late fee will automatically be accessed if you arrive after 5:30 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

Single Day or Per occasional day use- for those unexpected meetings or delays, simply give us a call and the AM or PM service can be added on an as needed day basis for only $25 per day per service.
Child Care Reimbursement/Dependent Care Accounts
You may be eligible to pay for camp utilizing a dependent care account through your employer. The Federal Tax ID number for Camp Concepts is 74-3082740. Forms needing a signature can be done so in person during the summer or you may scan and email them to us.
Campus Location/Tours/Information Session
We lease the 20-acre campus of St. John The Evangelist. The campus rental includes the air-conditioned gymnasium, large stage, the two-story school building that includes the cafeteria, and the spacious playing fields behind the gym. St. John's is an active church campus. Interested families should feel free to drive through the campus to get a sense of the space and location.

Little Buds
at Big Oak Day Camp
Because we want to be as accommodating to the busy life and schedule of parents of our Little Buds, we opt for simple per-week rate structure. Whereas attendance consistency at camp is very helpful to learn the routines and build frienships, we also know parents want the flexibility to choose their weeks. If you are choosing the 3-day option, you will select your preferred days when you complete the online registration. To ensure a smooth transition, we do require at least 2 consecutive weeks.
